Its great advantage is location: you are inside Polígono Central, between Winston Churchill and Tiradentes, and you can handle day-to-day life on foot — supermarkets, banks, clinics and a dining scene that keeps growing.

The inventory is varied: towers over twenty years old with spacious apartments at competitive prices, and new projects with full amenities (pool, gym, social area, backup power plant). That mix lets you enter the sector on a mid-size budget and also find premium product. For buy-to-rent investors, Naco holds one of the most stable occupancy rates in Santo Domingo thanks to its proximity to the corporate district.

If you are coming from outside the country, it is an easy sector to read: flat, safe to walk during business hours and with services close at hand. My honest recommendation: if you want absolute quiet and large green areas, also consider Bella Vista or Arroyo Hondo; if you prioritize location and resale liquidity, Naco is hard to beat.
