My story in real estate began in a sales trailer in Naco, offering pre-construction apartments to families entrusting a lifetime of savings to a rendering and a promise. That is where I found what remains my compass: this business is not about selling square meters, it is about protecting people's wealth. Three years later I got my broker's license and opened my own practice, focused on buyers and sellers in Polígono Central.

Since then I have handled more than 240 transactions in the capital: first-time purchases, difficult sales, pre-construction investments and full relocations for families returning from abroad. I work alone and with a small team I trust — a lawyer, an appraiser, a photographer — because my model is not volume: it is making every client feel theirs is the only deal I have.

If there is one thing my clients say sets me apart, it is candor. I will tell you when a property is overpriced, when a building has problems, and when it pays to wait. I would rather lose a commission than watch you make a bad purchase — because good advice gets referred, and that is how my entire business has been built: word of mouth.
