Question 1

How does the buying process work?

Accepted Answer

First we define your budget and target area, then we tour a shortlist of properties. Once you choose one, we submit an offer and a promise of sale, review the title, and close at the Title Registry. The whole process takes 30 to 60 days.

Question 2

Do you charge the buyer a fee?

Accepted Answer

No. My fee is paid by the seller as the transaction commission, so guiding you through the search, the visits, and the negotiation costs you nothing.

Question 3

Can I finance with a Dominican bank?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both residents and non-residents. Banks finance up to 80% of the appraised value for residents and up to 70% for foreigners. I help you get pre-approved before you start searching.
